What is the best CPU air cooler within the $70-100 price range other than the bulky Noctua ones that isn't exceedingly large and physically obstructs the removal of your memory modules?

Oh, and it must be compatible with LGA 1151 slot.

Solution

Unmatched Compatibility
Zero RAM Interference

Focusing on providing the widest range of compatibility, the R1 utilizes an asymmetric slanted heatpipe layout to move the front heatsink fin stack further away from the RAM zone. Also, fitted with a 13mm thin XT140 the CRYORIG R1 offers optimal compatibility for RAM with tall heat spreaders on both Intel (115X/1366/775) and AMD platforms.

I've got a big case (Thermaltake Core X9) and as long as I don't have to remove the cooler if I also have to remove my memory modules, I'm good with that.

The Noctua flagship CPU cooler is larger than four bricks put together, and also it's ugly.

What about it's acoustics?
