Hello, i'm very new to overclocking and recently used the auto overclock feature on my mobo (Ik its not recommended) I pushed it to 4.2ghz and when running prime 95 my voltage hits 1.168v on CPU-Z but on HWmonitor it shows more like 1.246v (Idk which one is more accurate). Temps are around 68 - 75c when running prime95..

Is this all normal?

Thank you!!!!

Solution
Yes about 1.250 v is what you should see from the cpu without any manual voltage changes to the cpu core when at 4.2 Ghz speed.

The lower end value in volts at 1.168v is what you would see if the core speed of the cpu was sat at about 800 Mhz to 1.2Ghz in speed due to Intel speed step technology being used.
