This CPU wouldn't bottleneck even a GTX 1070.
AMD cpus are best for parallel workloads and with such CPU you could have some transcoding running in the background while you're gaming. This is just one of the things that matter to me.

You're going to want a higher quality power supply than that notoriously shoddy Corsair model. I'd also recommend going 2x4 gb instead of 1x8. RAM tends to perform better in pairs on most motherboards. If you do decide on AMD that's definitely a solid option.
