ok, i have looked everywhere and cant find someone with the same problem really.
But here is what i have going on. Every once in awhile i notice my screen will really fast jump/tear up about and a inch and back down. its no to noticeable, but see it happen alot at random. I use to have the problem awhile ago but went away. Now its back and happens over both my tv and monitor i have hooked up.
So with that said i dont think its the cable or bad monitors/tv.. Kinda thinking driver but even deleted the driver and reinstalled. Same problem continues. The computer has recently been reformatted with a windows disk. not to sure if it was doing it before i updated the gpu drivers or something but definitely see it happening after.
gpu im using is a gigabyte r9 270x with a hdmi and dvi to tv and monitor
