hello experts

i am using asus h97 pro gamer mobo and a asus nvidia gt630-2gd graphics card.i havent been using my pc to play games except Marvel avengers alliance on facebook only. two days back i started getting random restarts and on boot up it the text on boot up screen was something like" ASUS triggered anti surge protection system. as it detected a power surge/ psu is inconsistent etc".

i entered the bios set up and advance setup to find that the 12V supplies 14.880v and its marked in red. is it normal or i need to buy a new PSU. i can say the restarts were pretty random

thanks in advance

Sir i am using Umax 450W smps and this is the product details.

today had the same problem during start up. i checked the voltage from advanced mode in bios and the voltage today was between 16V-17V. this time it was much higher than the volts i checked earlier. i didnt turn off the anti surge off.
