Hello everyone
My PC build is:
Processor: I5 6600 (non K) with stock cooler
GPU: GTX 760 OC windforce 3x
MOBO: B150M Night Elf
Idle temperatures for processor and graphic card are 35C-40C , but when i'm playing crysis 3 or witcher 3 ,the temperatures going over 70 Celsius , the processor even at 72-76C
This is a screenshot of my system: http://i.imgur.com/GGxB0Wh.jpg
Also my CPU2 is much hotter than the rest CPUs , in games like 10C or more ,but not full time

Solution
Without ambient temperatures being high in the room, those temps are a bit too high for a non-overclocked Skylake CPU. The stock cooler should be fine, but maybe the pre-applied thermal paste got smeared / moved around. Would suggest maybe pulling the CPU cooler, clean the old paste, reapply new thermal paste, and reinstall the stock cooler. But before you do that... What is your case fan configuration? Hard to see, it looks like one intake (front) and no exhaust (rear)? You would really benefit from having exhaust fans help move air through the case. There is no "cool" air making it to your CPU cooler, nor will fresh air make it to the bottom of your case (under the GPU) to assist the GPU cooler. Add case fans and try to...

Add case fans and try to promote front-to-back airflow. That is... front / side / bottom intake fans, then rear / top exhaust fans.

Yeah, i'm going to buy a good cooler and re-apply a good quality thermal paste, , because the core 2 is runing at more than 10 degrees a lot of time like the rest of the cores stay at 55-max 60- the second one goes even to 70+ even on cs go

Yeah' i have few slots for fans and i'm planning on that but this case don't have top exhaust , i took a look after some airflow tutorials to know more and i could make a good one
The PSU should have the fan towards gpu or towards top ( no top exhaust )? i saw a lot of airflows with psu fan not towards the gpu
Also can you recommend me a fan speed tune for msi afterburner for gpu and for cpu fans? That's my current fan tune http://i.imgur.com/pjK90Lq.png
