Hello!

After playing about 15 minutes (the duration varies) in any game, it crashes and a message appears "game.exe has stopped working", it becomes really annoying after I upgraded my GPU from GTX970 to GTX980Ti, (it was happening in GTX970 but not by that much) it was happening in windows 8.1, and I installed a fresh windows 10 but the problem still there.

-Nvidia Driver is up to date

UPDATES: a while ago, while playing FIFA16, BSOD (Kernal_Security_Check) appeared.

SPECS:

Intel Core i5-3570K @ 3.4GHz
ASUS Z77-DELUXE
GTX 980 TI Xtreme Gaming
Corsair H60 Water Cooler
4TB HDD
8GB (2x4GB) Dominator 2133MHz C9

Solution
Try running one RAM stick at a time if you have more than one, or try different RAM. Check what temps you get to in HWMonitor when gaming. A clean Windows setup with new drivers will help rule out where the issue is, if it's hardware or software.

From what you've written... i'm betting on it being the power supply.
What is the make/model of the psu?

The 980Ti uses MORE power than the 970...so your power supply can'T handle it and locks up your card. I'm surprised the whole system isn't crashing.

I tried with one stick of RAM and just one game crashed once. The problem reduced by a great extent but I don't know yet if it is fully solved, because I can't even keep trying with 4GB RAM.
