Hi guys, first of all i would like to apologize for my english. I'm not a native speaker, but i will try to do the best to explain my problem, because I found tom's Hardware forum as the best place for getting advice.

The problem is I get random reboots while gaming, without any BSOD. It happens in random times while gaming. Yesterday I wasn't even able to start any game, computer rebooted immediately after getting into the game (Risen 3) or even only after getting into the main menu (Overwatch). Today I was able to run several benchmarks (Heaven and MSI Kombustor 3) for an hour without reboot, also I was gaming 2 hours straight till reboot happend.

Computer worked fine till last week, when I was on Lan party and played 3 days in a row (what a stress test for the PC). Second day I got 2 reboots in a row and after that it was OK. After getting back I have cleaned whole PC from dust and it was fine for a few days. From yesterday i couldn't get into any game for more than 2 hours (and it is the max).

I have had similar problem half year ago after installing new pair of ram sticks, but after reinstalling Windows problem was gone.

So far i have tried monitoring my temperatures and PSU trough HWInfo and everything looks fine (I will put link with logs in the end of this post), so I dont think it's overheating or PSU problem (although I don't know if HWInfo is reliable). Also I have tried to reset Windows 10 to factory settings, so I don't think it's software issue either.

Second problem I'm having since beginning is, that PC reboots (2-4 times) before actually booting or getting into the BIOS. Honestly I wasn't really paying attention to this problem so far.

Here is the link with HWInfo logs and DxDiag, if someone is interested: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AuDigb6BjMPXvGMFhuHwYBArUgZO
All HWInfo logs are cut in the time of reboot.

Any help is highly appreciated, I really have no idea what to do next.

Here are my specs:
MOBO: GIGABYTE Z97X-Gaming 3
CPU: i7-4770
GPU: GIGABYTE GTX970 G1 Gaming 4 GB
PSU: Seasonic SSR-550RM 550W
RAM: 2x KHX2400C11D3/4GX
2x KHX2400C11D3/8GX
Drive: Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250GB
Drive: SAMSUNG HD103SJ
OS: Windows 10

Thanks for reply, but i don't have any OC. I've done two memtests (both with 4 passes) and didn't get any error.
So far im still thinking it is PSU problem, but would like to know it on 100% before buying new one. Reboots still happen only while gaming (sometimes I'm able to play 2-3 hours before rebooting and sometimes I get reboot immediately after getting in to the game).
Could this type of malfunction cause GPU or MOBO? I've tried primetest without GPU and it went OK (3-4 hours running without restart), but hwinfo showed that CPU only took like 95W max... so it is not enough stress test for PSU.

Thanks for the link, now I'm sure it is PSU problem. Furthermore yesterday I was trying to play some games on Full-HD (instead of 2k) with everything on low and I didn't get single reboot, but after I set everything on epic, system after few minutes crashed.

Tomorrow I will get new PSU. I was looking on PSU tier list here on tomshardware and I think I will get EVGA SuperNOVA G2 750 - I want to have some reserves in the future. I'm planning to buy one more hdd and in the future new graphics card aswell - not this nVidia series but next one. I'm not gonna go for SLI, single card is enough for me. So, last question, is this PSU right choice?

I can finally confirm that it was a PSU issue, after getting new one, yesterday I was able to play almost whole day on 2k and everything maxed out without single reboot. Thanks for your help.
