how to turn off the light from the gpu

Geforce Experience has the Nvidia LED Visualizer which you can use to turn it off.

but when i turn it off on the ge force..it still doesnt turn off..maybe i need to restart?

i restarted after turning it off..but the lights still on..
same with brightness..i put it to 0,.the lights still on..
hmm

I emailed Zotac about the blinking blue LED on top of the card and they told me you cannot turn it off. Something about it being an indicator that the card is working. It's so annoying that I have to go out of my way to make sure I can't see my case when I use my PC. I wonder if I can take off the back plate and physically remove the LED...
