Help/Rate My Budget PC Build

So I am building a PC for my friend who only has about 500 euro to spend on it , with a small bit of wiggle room. I know its not much but it's all he can afford. He already has a harddrive so that doesn't need to be bought. Any advice or changes would be appreciated!

Is there any you could switch out the 380 for a 480? I don't know how the parts are priced over there but the 480 is a great deal in terms of price to performance.

You may want to consider the new AMD RX 470 gpu, I think its faster and cheaper than the r9 380. The card just released so may take 1-3 weeks to get in stock but worth looking at.
