Error 0xc000007b solution required

Hi I am arjan1999, Recently i downgrade from windows 10 to windows 7 due to some reasons. but now I get the error 0xc000007b(The application was not able to start correctly). I looked for solutions online which included:-
1. Re-installing DirectX.
2. Updating/installing latest .NET framework.
3. Installing Visual C++ library(vc_redist files)

But sadly, none of them worked. It would be a great help if you can provide the solution.

I have not yet tried the dll file solution.

Sniper elite is on steam, not to sure about Bully though, so have you tried to verify local file cache? This is done by right clicking the game in library, selecting property's, selecting local files, the selecting "verify integrity of game cache"
