i have got a 4 year old+ hardware which was from my old laptop.
In my old laptop after every 4 month i completely restored my pc because it has got really slow.
in my current PC i did it very often aswell. in summary i did it like 20 times till now.
so the question is now: Can it be the reason why i cant play games like csgo, league of legends and overwatch without being slugish and liquid . even when i put the graphics the lowest it makes no fun because of the performance issues.
i run a msi r9 280 with a fx 6300, all temperatures fine.
even if it shows a fps which is not the same as a year before when i bought this pc but is quite enough it doesnt feels as smooth as private games with bots.
