My new custom built PC turned on after I built it. A day later i put an Nvidia GTX 750ti in it and turned it on but this time it shut off automatically within 2 seconds of being booted up. now it won't turn on at all... When I plug it in the LEDs on the motherboard light up but not the computer itself, not even the fans.
