software i will be using is after effects , premiere pro , photoshop cs6
specs i am getting is :
intel skylake i7 6500u
ram 8gb ddr3
256 ssd
intel hd520 graphics and fullhd touch display ...
will i able to use real time moton tracking of text and what rendering speed i am looking at ?

You can do video edits at a pro level on any computer good enough to load both the program and the data file. The speed will vary depending on the ram, the cpu, software used and video file size and to a lessor degree to the disk speed.

I would encourage you to get 16gb of ram for video production work.

No one can estimate render speed as it will vary greatly depending on the data size, software running, performance tuning and so on.

Contact the software company who's software you will be using to do the realtime work and find out from them what their requirements are for real time work as well as what their recommended hardware is (recommended will be higher than the minimum and will give you a more realistic chance to hit your...
