Windows 7 not recognizing USB install but Bios does

I just built a new computer and am trying to do a fresh install of Windows 7 but it does not recognize the USB flash drive while in bios it does. I have a MSI motherboard with Click Bios 5.

Make sure you are not using USB 3.0, If you only have USB 3.0 you will need this to get it to install from USB.

Have you used this before as I have been waiting for a while and the process seems to be stuck at cleaning up mount directory. Is there any other process you recommend for getting Windows to install from USB 3.0

Last time I used this method, the initial formatting took about 4 hours.
