I've recently been having an issue where my PC when turned on turns itself off without getting to the BIOS I've narrowed it down to the RAM for some reason when I have any in the 3rd and 4th slot it does this. I've tried changing the voltage and I've tried taking the cmos battery out. Any help greatly appreciated!
