I bought this MSI GTX 1070 here:

And I'm wondering if its okay to use the one cable that has both a 6 pin and 8 pin connector that came with my EVGA SuperNova 750-P2 PSU. Should I be using separate cables for the 6 pin and 8 pin, or would a single cable be okay for it?
To be clear, the cable I am hoping to use is 8 pin on one end, and 6+2 pin and 6 pin on the other.
