Is there a message: New update cannot be installed - Bin64\InstallManagerApp.exe missing.

The current version in 15.301.1901 and when i use the auto detect utility by amd it says that theres no new updates but when i use the "new" Radeon software and look for updates they get listed and when i click to install they get downloaded and extracted. Once uppon the installation starts it all goes good and at 50% of the instalation the screen blinks and it says that the new drivers have been installed and i need to restart. After restarting i open de Radeon software again and the version is always the same one. Tryed the beta drivers and samething. Used the amd "removal tool" and deactivated windows driver updates, updated UEFI Bios and still the same thing happens, no way out of the version 15.301.1901.
