FX9590 + GTX 1070, any chance to get bottleneck issues?

Hi everyone, im going to change my graphic card and i want to buy this GTX 1070 but i noticed a lot of videos and threads talking about "Bottleneck" issues with AMD Processors, And to be honest im kinda worried about this, because i have right now a FX9590 4.7Ghz, Motherboard MSI 990fxa gaming. And im running all on a Sony led tv 32'' 1080p. Maybe i need any monitor 1440p or something?.

OK I have a 8320 over clocked to 4.7gz with a 1070 MSI right now running on 2 1080p monitors and I see no bottleneck or very little none of my CPU cores reach 100% while gameing playing fallout 4 modded you should be just fine. later down the road tho I would upgrade to a 1440p screen
