How does this build look?

Solution
The Dominator Platinum in 3200 is at CL16 (slower and little to no OC headroom) and tends to run about $20 (or more) higher pricewise than the RJ V in 3200/14 which fairly easily to OC to 3600 or better ;) With the Dom's you pay a premium for the lights and the Corsair name

I like it, very similar to my own build! ^^ I would make a suggestion about the RAM, though. If you're going to spend that much you might as well invest some more into some better looking-performing ram. Maybe consider and aio liquid cooler for your CPU if you plan to overclock a lot.

I think I'll stick with the air cooler, as I don't plan to overclock very much (probably not much higher than 4.2-4.4ghz when I do). What ram could I use that would look and perform better? I thought 3200mhz/14 cas was the sweetspot for memory.

It is great performing RAM, I misspoke. I personally just don't like the look of it is all. At that price point I prefer Corsair Dominator Platinums for aesthetic reasons but that's just me! CAS 14 is great for DDR4 and 3200mhz is way more than enough. You'll have a very nice system when it's done.
