So recently i got a new computer. It's good and all, but my fps drop in every game all the time. I would be running ARK on epic with 40fps , and suddenly it would drop to 1 for about 3 seconds and then jump back up to 40. Same thing happens in GMOD, which isn't the hardest game to run. I'll list my specs if some of you may need that:
