I built a computer that uses a AMD A6 7400k processor with a gtx 960. Most games that I play have very low performance, which bothers me because when I check what it should be able to do it is much higher. Here are some examples:
Far Cry 3-Low- Average 27 fps
Borderlands 2-High- Average 29fps
As you can see, these are very low for a gtx 960, so I am wondering if this is cpu bottlenecking, or somehting else.
