I was tempted to buy more fans from NZXT (similar to the ones that come with the case), however upon looking at my temperatures, I don't think I need to. Currently there is minimal noise with just the stock fans, (1x120 intake, 1x120 and 1x140 for exhaust) and I run them at around 680-700 RPM.
The temperatures shown were after playing:
Shadow of Mordor
Hotline Miami
GTA IV

Any feedback on whether I should or shouldn't buy more fans would be much appreciated.

No extra cost apart from maybe a very slight increase in your Power bill over the year.
Quite frankly if you are able to MAX out your settings playing Shadow of Mordor as I do. Then you are fine as is.

At your current settings in Bios, your HWMonitor temps are good.
If you intend to OC then yes and you should consider either an AIO water cooler or a fan behind the backplate of the CPU will help if you can fit one.

Extra case fans will provide for better air flow to dissipate any heat build up inside the case.

At what cost do extra case fans (better air flow) come with (other than money & sound levels increasing)?
