Hi, I was thinking about putting LED strips inside my P.C, but I was thinking maybe I shouldn't because I already am going to put red LED corsair fans, with a RGB Water Cooler in my P.C. What do you think I should do and If you think I should. How do I go about installing the LED strips inside my P.C. Thanks.

If you want to you can, nobody can tell you if you should.
I personally would forego the LED fans, all they do is add price and restrict options later on.
Look at an NZXT HUE or HUE+. The former is sticky on one side, the latter is sticky and magnetic.
