Is this motherboard compatible with the GTX 950 FTW EVGA edition?

The MB has the pcie2.0X16 slot, you are fine to use the gxt950 with it.
They are almost same, if you want oc GPU you can do it by yourself with MSI afterburner. If you will buy from the frys.com, may consider MSI gtx950 gaming or the asus gtx 950 strix. Or if you don't mind the AMD GPU, may consider the rx 480, but wait for the software or BIOS update first, because the rx480 over draw power problem.
