Looking For the Best 280mm AIO Liquid Cooler

I'll be building a PC next year (Wondering how GTX 1080 Ti and RX 490X will perform since I will be playing games and editing videos at 4K UHD). My case will be Corsair 400C. I'll place the radiator at the front and add 2 Noctua Industrial PPC fans for a push-pull setup. So far I've considered 3 AIOs: Cooler Master Nepton 280L at $120, Corsair H110i GTX at $140, and NZXT Kraken X61 at $150 (in my country). Which one is the best? Is the extra price worth the extra performance and/or silence? If neither, please suggest another AIO that is the best (No Swiftech or EK, my country doesn't even think they exist lol, no custom water cooling either)? I have "unlimited" budget.
Sorry for my bad grammar.

no one knows how they will perform and any guesses would be pure speculation. maybe 25-30% faster then a stock 1080? for the 1080ti. As for AMD competitor we don't know if they are going to make a card that can compete with the 1080 and by that i mean be able to go toe to toe as we don't know what vega is capable of.

Sucks that the ek xlc predator 240 isn't available. thats what id want.

Take a look at this for temps comparison first one is stock load second one is OC loads

+ DarnitD Wow, I don't know that H100i GTX is that impressive. I guess I'll consider it as well.
+ -HH- I live in Indonesia. It kinda sucks living here. Indonesia counts tax based on the size of the item (that's why ordering a case from Amazon or Newegg is a big NO) and after all the extra tax and delivery fee, there is no warranty included (even if it is, how do i RMA the item?). I don't wanna go full loop because:
1) I need my 3.5" Hard Drive
2) There is no reservoir mount
3) If there are leaks, I won't be able to buy my broken components before I upgrade them
