Well i am running an ancient 9600gt, the worst one aka passive cooled which means its underclocked. Pic here:

I am looking for a good upgrade that will last. I am running on a 1440x900 monitor. I live in Ireland and a lot of electronics used or new are overpriced. I am on a budget and would like to get a nice graphics card for 100 euro. It can be new but i prefer used because it means it will be cheaper.

Thanks in advance

A 650 is kind of old I would try to get a 700 series card like a gtx 750 or 760 which are both around $100
