PC turns off without warning during Gaming. Not PSU or Overheating

So recently my pc has been bellying up randomly when playing games that demand a lot from it. I went through the process of elimination to try and figure out what is going on with the computer.

I started off with an App that constantly displays the temp of the GPU and CPU, I played until the computer just turned off on me, and when i turned it back on (It keeps a log of sorts) everything was still within 'Green' temps right before the shut down.. Even thought they were working at 100% , overheating wasn't what caused it. So my next logical leap was the power supply. And i unfortunately don't have anyone to swap power supplies with and check it so i ran it a few times to be sure, and it only dies when the GPU and CPU are pushing around 85%~ load.

So i bought a PSU, remembering that i had a similar issue, and getting a PSU fixed it almost 4 months back, i checked the manifactors of my current PSU (Sentey,) and there were a few people that said their PSU acted up after 2-3 months, so i just figured i rolled bad luck and got a bad PSU.

And now I bought a new PSU, plugged it in, started gaming... and it was going well for a bit longer than it usually does, but again... it shut off.

I'm at my wits end. I know it isn't overheating on either the GPU or CPU, and i know it isn't the PSU because the problem rehashed itself with a fresh out of the box purchase... what is there left check?
