How many fans should i get for this build? All the fans? Every fan?

Hi
So I'm currently getting a PC built and i pushed my budget so im stuck with the stock fans which isn't an issue. In the future when i have the cash i wanna buy more quiet fans like the corsair af120/140 silent edition. So i have 2 questions.

1. I'm not sure how many fans i need and where to place them? (I really want a low temp build)
2. Whats the best priced performance and silent fans. I will be overclocking like mad so I do plan to upgrade the CPU cooler so i can OC to around 4.4GHz?

The plan is to have
2x140mm SP fans at the front
1x120mm at the back
1x1400mm above the cpu

GPU:Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 Xtreme 4GB
MoBo:Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 3 Socket LGA1151 ATX
CPU:Intel Core i5 6600K Skylake 3.5GHz Quad-Core
CPU cooler:Cooler Master Hyper 212X Universal
Ram:Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 2400MHz
PSU: :^]
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
Case:Aerocool PGS Aero 1000 Mid

Thanks in advance :^]

May I ask what the purpose of this build is?

That is a nice case, but a terrible psu.

I would add two 140mm exhaust fans up top and call it a day. It already comes with two 120mm front intake fans and one 120mm rear exhaust.
1) I think your plan is perfectly sufficient for future fan placement. Don't overthink it too much. If you really are concerned about temps make sure you are very organized with your cables and keep the case and filters free of dust.
2) Corsair makes good fans, the AFs would be a good choice for your build. Noctua would probably be the best, but they wouldn't fall into your "best priced" category.

Your overclocking success depend on a lot more than just cooling. Motherboard and PSU quality matter a lot here too. The motherboard is decent enough. The PSU I'm afraid I don't know enough about, besides that is is made by Andyson, who has both good and poor quality products. Then there's also just luck with your particular CPU, some are better than others.

Consider looking into a gold+ rated PSU. Everything else looks good, that PC will run nicely when it's built.

For the fans, you should have more exhaust fans than intake fans. You want negative pressure. Use 2 front fans, 2 top fans, 1 rear fan - that will give you two intake fans in the front, the rest exhaust.

Yeah there was a miscommunication between me and support when ordering the build.

Would 600 be enough?

This is a gaming build but i had to order through support and the support guy added the wrong psu, so thank god you all pointed it out. I will add 140mm fans at the top, but would other fans, say the corsair af120 be better than the stock fans?
