This is my complete setup so far http://pcpartpicker.com/list/Qp2tJV Im on a close $1000 budget and was wondering if this would be a good build for the price the computer itself will cost around $840 please help me and give me some recommendations because im planning on ordering soon :D

Solution
Yes, its best to do fresh install with SSD then its easy to add HDD later. There are sites where you can get Windows 10 for around $35usd, but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to list them here. And yes, do get W10, not 8.
I like the build.

The Seasonic M12II 520W is plenty for you build, even with OCing, handles low power modes and is fully modular. Plus it's both cheaper and better quality than the Corsair unit you've picked: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/TgW9TW/seasonic-power-supply-m12ii520bronze

Is there any way you can get an SSD in your budget? It'll make a massive difference for system responsiveness. SSDs are so good. Just $57 gets you the entry level but very capable SP550 240GB: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/gf98TW/a-data-internal-hard-drive-asp550ss3240gmc

Otherwise I like the build a lot.

Can I add one later right?

Regarding the SSD and HDD: better get 256GB SSD first, and install OS on it. HDD can be easily added later, and because it is best to have OS on SSD- it is faster and far simpler option than later transferring OS from HDD to SSD. Also buying 1TB is not very cost efficient, it is best to buy 2TB for ~$10 more, or bigger drive. Bigger drives are also faster. Toshiba statistically have much lower failure rate than WD and Seagate- and HDDs are the PC part that fails the most and makes it hurt.
RAM: I'd go for 2x8GB at once. Ram is cheap these days, and mixing ram later can cause complications or hurt overclocking.

So what your saying is to buy a ssd before hard drive and install windows onto my ssd? also do you know a cheap way to install windows 8 onto a new drive (I have windows 10 on the laptop im using rn) becasue windows 10 is buggy i want to get windows 8 onto my new computor without paying a fortune.

Windows 10 is superiour to Windows 8 BY FAR. It's to Win 8 what 7 was to Vista.
