Moving to ITX build, will this motherboard suffice? Any suggestions?

I am moving to an ncase m1 build. I am re-using some parts, but is there anything I should be concerned about before buying the parts? My build will be as follows:

Ncase M1
sfx 600w-650w psu (still havent decided)
GTX 1070
i5 4690k - I plan to overclock
2x8gb ddr3 1600mhz RAM
corsair h100i
2 SSD's and 1HDD - I am aware they might not all fit in the ncase m1

Here is the motherboard I am considering. Is there anything to watch out for? It seems good to me.

Solution
That is only the official rating for the CPU. Anything over 1600 is considered an overclock. You can run up to 2400 fairly easily, and there are kits available all the way up to 3400 or so.

Yea, the LGA 1150 chipset is pretty old at this point. This board doesn't even support ram past 1600mhz! Let alone DDR4. Do you think this will be an issue for me anytime in the near future? I have 16gb and I feel that is plenty for the time being.

Oh that's embarrassing, I thought those were supported RAM speeds. I have yet to try overclocking so I'll have to look into that, thanks for the info!
