Best graphics card for 900p gaming

Im looking to build myself new gaming pc and my screen can go up to 900p
What will be the best for getting 70+ fps at everything on ultra at games like the witcher 3, gta v, farcry 4 etc

For TW3 and GTA V, you'll want a decent CPU to go along with your GPU. Both of those are <<relatively>> CPU-intensive.

But as for the GPU, it obviously depends on your budget.

A GTX 960 will run most games at ultra settings @ 900p 70+fps and it costs about $210. If you want full reassurance your games will max out at 900p for years to come, look for a GTX 1060 ($250 new), an RX 480 ($270-$300 new), or a GTX 970 ($300-$320 new). You can find used GTX 970s on Craigslist for as low as $180, and I can personally attest to 970s being beyond capable for 1080p gaming, let alone 900p. All of these cards will hold their own even at 1080p. If your budget is really tight then the GTX 950 or RX 460/470 may be up your alley, as each of those...
