I'm just curious on how much on average these computer parts go for on sale on black Friday / cyber Monday.

Noone can tell, but:
- you should go with hte 5820k as it's on the same platfoprm bur overclocks alot bettre
- the bequiet dark rock pro 3 is a better cooler and costs the same
- no use in getting an 850 PRO. You will never be able to thell teh difference from an EVo and the endurance of teh EVO is sufficient unless you are using it in a database server
- that PUS is way too much. Even if you want to SLi in the future a 750 Supernova P2 is more than enough
