I have seen that gtx 970's actually have 3.5gb vram instead of 4gb. Im wondering if 3.5gb of vram is enough to run GTA V on max settings in 1080p

I'ts more than enough, I play in 1080p high settings in a laptop with a GTX960m with 2GB VRAM and i's more than enough.
