Is this graphics card compatible with this computer? (If not can I make it compatible?)

I want to get a new computer and a more powerful Gpu then the one this one has, these fit my requirements so I just needed to know if they were compatible. and also If I were to update the computer to Windows 10 would it cause any driver problems? And if so could I revert it back to Windows 7 or would it just be better off in Windows 10?

It should be, not enough data in the description but most likely has standard components. One thing may get in the way though, PSU probably needs to have an PCIe 6/8 pin power connectors for graphic card.

Do you mean "get in the way" as in it won't be able to connect to the psu at all? or that it will be a problem but I can fix it?

Connection problem could be fixed by using an adapter From Molex connector (for HDD) to 6 or 8 pin that GPU may require.
P.S.
I just looked at http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=02G-P4-3753-KR and it looks like it doesn't need any added power, PCIe slot can supply up to 75W and GPU needs only 60W.
I think that that particular GPU will work fine in that computer and is good match for processor.
