GTA V starts freezing after a while moving fast. Would adding more ram solve the freezing problem.

do you monitor your systems performance at all?

Also, what GPU are you using, if any? My guess is that the CPU is the culprit. That clock speed is low, and I think it only has 2 cores.

More ram shouldnt help unless you are using the Intel HD graphics. Then it wil help a little as the HD graphics use system memory.
If its a dedicated GPU with its own vram then more ram wont help. On my desktop, Ive never seen GTA V use more than 5gb. Which leaves 3gb for everything else in the system.
