Cpu temperature keep moving

Hello i wanted to know if my cpu temp was acting normal the temperature do alots of jump i realsie today on idle is stay betwen 35 to 45 like exemple is gonna be at 37 and 1 second it will jump to 45 and go back to 40 then 38C. i just wanted to know if those jump are normal also note that today it does 31C in my House i just wanted to be sure that everything was ok.

Now that I have the information I need, I think your temps are fine.

Personally, I like to keep my CPUs under 45 Celsius, but not too many other people are willing to spend $1300 on water cooling.

i7 4970k not Overcloaked with a H60 cpu cooler

and while i game is around 60 to 70 max. so everything is normal and do those temp jump are normal aswell?
