Good evening. Hopefully be able to get some help. My HTPC BIOS screen looks like this.

This will stay on until the windows 10 circle comes on. This only happens whilst its on the TV via HDMI. When using a HDMI PC Monitor it works.

My PC as the following

MOD APU AS Rock AM1H-ITX Motherboard
AMD APU Athlon 5350 QuadCore
2TB HDD
60 GB SSD (Windows OS)
and 16GB Ram

My PSU is a laptop style DC connection. Best thing about this motherboard.

Thank you in advance for the help

Solution
That is usually caused by using some kind of TV that is unable to display the UEFI BIOS screen resolution (1024*768).
“Standard Speed” HDMI cables are able to transmit up to 1080i. “High Speed” HDMI cables can handle 1080p and 4K resolutions.
