Finally figured it out.

Scroll down to where it says ports. Do you see where it says "2 x DVI-D"? This means you have two DVI-Digital ports, no analog ones. Usually on dual DVI cards like this one of them is a DVI-I port where you can use the adapter. You'll need to either get an active DVI to VGA adapter or upgrade your monitor to one that has more than a VGA port. Frankly I'd go the monitor route. 1366x768 is really small.
