How do i slow down fans

i just finished my pc build and i find that my finds are pretty loud, how do i slow them down without a fan controller they're both corsair and my mobo is ASROCK H78M PRo4

The only way I know how without a fan controller is to connect it to a 5v source from your PSU (will run very slow or not at all), or to place a rheostat or resistor in series with the 12v lead. You would have to calculate what ohm value you need based on the amperage your fan draws.

Edit - Do you have a setting in the Bios to adjust the speed of fans connected to the motherboard?
