While I game or watch videos through web browser, my system stalls for about 2 seconds then proceeds to go back to normal. Example I noticed in games my frames will drop to about 10 when I should be getting 60+.

- Clean install video drivers
- Decreasing OC on CPU
- Disabling Nvdia Audio Drivers
- Upgrading my GPU
- Enabling/Disabling Vsync/Tripple Buffering
- Running malwarebytes/ Hitman Pro

- CPU- i5 4670k @4.2 Vcore at 1.26 getting around 40-60 C

- Ram DDR3 1600
- Monitor- Acer 4k B286HK
