Wattage needed for gpu overclocking?

Im building a pc for the first time . i just wanna ask if my psu is enough for overclocking my gpu ? if u have suggestions it would be great

my specs:
i5-4460 3.2hz quad core
Asrock h81m-vg4 1150
Msi gtx950 oc 2gb ddr5 128bit
1TB HDD
Kingston HyperX 2x8gb ddr3 1866mhz
psu Aerocool Rave 500w 80+ bronze
rise black case(just a simply case)

thats not true. you cant overclock that CPU in that board.

It is manual, but you're getting a model that already comes overclocked.
You can overclock it a little bit more though

I think overclocking on non-Z boards was limited to the G3258.

Well it really depends, some h81 motherboards will allow it, others won't. Just update bios and wish luck

if ill oc, dont need to upgrade psu ? and also my gpu has single fan only. and dont have much case fans. im just afraid if it'll be toasted

Try to get GTX 950 with 2 fans. And yes, your PSU is fine. You won't overclock much on a h81 motherboard, so if you can bump it up to a Z97 motherboard.

dont have much money for upgrading . but can i still overclock my single fan gpu without any problems in the future?

Yes, but it's going to get a little warmer if you don't mind. It's not going to hurt your performance.
