I need help building my parents a PC. They don't need anything that fancy. I have the opinion to upgrade my PC but I don't know If its necessary (my PC http://pcpartpicker.com/list/CxLVrH ). My parents just need something quick and fast and the internet and stuff. They wont be playing any hardcore games. Maybe only old games like pac-man or something. Something that can stay cool.

This is the best "general, non-gaming use" setup you can get for the money.

I mean I don't want them to spend to much because Its not a gaming PC. I'll say about $500 or less

They should be able to browse the internet with out any problems right? And Download music/watch movies

That's a funny question to ask. Yes, it can go on the internet. Yes, you can watch YouTube. Yes, you can download music. Not sure about streaming 4k videos, but it can stream 1080p.....
