Disk Management can't find 4TB hard drive that is seen in BIOS

I've installed a 4TB SATA Seagate secondary HDD into a Dell T5500.
It's seen in BIOS but when I open Disk Management to initialize the drive, it isn't found.
It's also not found in Device Manager or TestDisk.
The primary OS drive is a 250GB Samsung Evo SSD legacy HDD and the 2 other storage drives on the computer are 1TB Samsung EVO SSD (MBR) and 2TB Seagate SATA (MBR), which both function without any issue.

The only problem is that I can't get the 4TB Seagate drive to appear anywhere inside of Windows 7. Any suggestions would be great.

Hey there and welcome, @spimager!

If connecting the 4 TB HDD to a different SATA port and with a different SATA cable didn't help you, I'd suggest you try resetting BIOS back to factory defaults. The procedure will require you to re-configure any manual changes you might have made in the settings. If that doesn't help either, check your computer manufacturer's official website for any BIOS version updates for your mobo's model.

Another thing that will help you determine the source of the issue is plugging the 4 TB HDD to another system/PC and check how it will get recognized there. Try disconnecting 2TB drive and connect 4TB drive to same power/sata connectors.
GPT partitioning is necessary only for 4TB drive. Drives with size 2TB or less can remain in MBR partitioning format.

What is motherboard model name? May be BIOS update is necessary for support of your 4TB seagate drive.

Tried connecting the 4TB through the 2TB's SATA cable and still didn't appear.
The motherboard model name is 0CRH6C, I believe.
