Scan are a very good good and trustworthy company but I would look at building yourself as you could most likely make a better build for the same price.

I have only recently built a computer for the very first time. It was a lot easier than I anticipated and would do it again no problem. Having components that you choose is a lot better. This is a little more expensive but a lot better than the one you linked, in my opinion anyway.
