Please Help Me Build a PC

I'm not intended to build the PC now, but here are the requirements:
1. My budget is $2300 (Please get as close as possible but not exceed the limit)
2. The PC must include at least 1 GTX 1080 (even though I will be waiting for GTX 1080 Ti and RX 490X)
3. Any form factors are welcome (Preferably Micro ATX)
4. Minimum PSU rating: 80+ Gold
5. The build must not use Phanteks Eclipse P400(s) and Fractal Design Define (Nano) S as the case (They aren't available in my country)
6. The build must not use any Swiftech and EK cooling kit as the CPU Cooler (same as number 5)
7. If applicable, the color theme of choice is black-white or black-red
8. No G.Skill TridentZ and Corsair Dominator Platinum (only a waste of money imo)
9. The chipset is either Z170 or X99.
10. The motherboard shouldn't be more expensive than the CPU (my rule of thumb)
11. If using X99, the CPU should be either 5820K or 6800K (not intending to do 3-way SLI)
Sorry if it's a lot, I have a horrible OCD when choosing something.
Good Luck and Thank You.

Wat? EVGA GTX 1080 Gaming FTW is $771? Even Asus ROG STRIX GTX 1080 is $699. Anyway, your build is great, but I don't like Bitfenix cases, especially the Phenom series. My PC will turn into a toaster inside that case. I think I will change the case into Fractal Design Node 804 instead. I remembered when I succeeded cheaping out things and creating a $2000 build with GTX 1080 SLI. Everything's just too bad. Anyways, thanks for helping me.
