SSD on SATA II motherboard-does it worth ?

Hello guys,i am using 2x Seagate 500GB HDD but i want tobuy some SSD just for my OS and some games.Than i realized that my H61 mobo only supports SATA II......
I want to buy Kingston UV400 Series 240GB 7mm for 63 euros but is it worth to upgrade my system with ssd ?
Will i notice some big diference even if my mobo is Sata II?

PC Specs:
Core i5 3470 3.2GHz cpu
8Gb Hyper X 1866MHz ram
Foxcon H61MXE-V mobo
GTX 960IX-OC 2GB

The short answer is - yes. You most definitely would benefit from moving your OS to an SSD, even if you're using a SATA II port.
Actually since there was a similar thread recently, you could just check my and @Solandri's answers from this link: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-3113477/running-ssd-sata.html.

And since you're planning on getting an SSD, check out the suggestions from this article, they are pretty useful: https://www.maketecheasier.com/12-things-you-must-do-when-running-a-solid-state-drive-in-windows-7/

Yes it's worth it - even on sata II mobo.
You will notice significantly faster OS loading and windows updates will install much faster.
Game levels from SSD also will load significantly faster.

I wouldn't choose kingston ssd. Get samsung 850 evo. it costs like 80€ for 250GB model.
