My pc could start but a second after that it directly turned off

So i just installed my new graphic card MSI GTX 980 ti and I add new ram. I already checked that the cables are connected well, so I tried to turn it on but it directly turned off. Please help me!

What is the exact make and model of the MOBO, CPU, RAM and PSU? It could be that the motherboard doesn't like your memory. It could also be that your power supply is insufficient.
