Hi, I'm tempted to upgrade my current gtx 760 ti OEM to this card here:

I am also thinking of upgrading my cpu cooler to this one:

My current pc specs are as follows:

Case - Corsair Carbide series 100R
Motherboard - Gigabyte Z97P-D3
CPU - Intel i7 4790 @ 3.6Ghz
GPU - Nvidia GTX 760 ti OEM
PSU - Corsair CX750
Cooler - just a regular stock intel cooler
thanks :)

from the pictures and specs I was able to find online about the case you said you had there will be no problem in fitting that card in to your case. you could upgrade your CPU cooler if you wanted too but the one you linked isn't amazing look at the Hyper 212 Evo instead not much more in price and the performance is a big jump up.

Just on a side note your PSU is pretty low quality especially for a powerful overclockable system like yours if I were you I would defiantly look at changing this ASAP.
