I have....
intel pentium g3258
16 GB HyperX Ram
MSI Z97 SLI Krait Edition
Intel HD integrated graphics
Windows 10 home 64bit

Start-Settings-System-Display-Advance display settings-Display adapter properties

The adapter information shows...

Total available graphics memory: 8037 MB
Dedicated video memory: 128 MB
System video memory: 0 MB
Shared system memory: 7909 MB

When i go into my BIOS and change the share memory for the integrated graphics for some reason the adapter information does not change. The adapter information is the same with BIOS set to 64MB or 512MB. Am i doing something incorrectly? I am trying to squeeze some FPS for FFXIV out of the integrated graphics until i can get a card in about 2 months. My monitor is an LG Ultra wide 2560x1080 but i am using the in game settings to run the game windowed at 1620x850 and i get 17-18 FPS standing idle in town. I can play like this but i would like to be full screen. when i change to full screen i get 12 FPS.

Please help and thanks in advance

This isnt exactly how built-in graphics works anymore.
I'm afraid you shouldnt't expect to get any more FPS from this even if you could increase the memory.
Download GPU-z and it will give you accurate stats, windows property dialogue boxes aren't to be trusted.
